Job Description
We are looking for a Transaction Manager who would be responsible for :Managing Sukuk, Syndications, Project Finance, Corporate Finance and Financial Advisory transactions. Core responsibilities will include due diligence, structuring, financial modeling and preparation of credit & information memorandums.
Required Skills- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to set priorities and deliver work under pressure;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
